I am the Author of the Serpent series, which includes my first two books, The Reverse of The Duclose Serpent, and its sequel From The Tail of The Serpent, 

I have also written a book of poems, and am currently writing my fourth book, an adventure novel set in El Salvador.

I began writing short stories during my school years, and progressed to writing poems after being inspired by the wonderful poetress Pam Ayres, whom I had the wonderful pleasure of meeting on two occasions, including at a charity event when I was booked (no pun intended) to walk around and take photographs of Pam giving prizes etc.

I have written over 100 poems and the same of short stories.

I spent just over half my working life in the photographic industry, processing and printing films and photos, as well as photographing weddings, portraits, christenings, industrial and commercial,  reaching the pinnacle of my career when I worked in Qatar, managing a photo processing lab, and four 1 hour processing shops.

My remaining working years was spent in the grounds maintenance, landscape, and gardening trade, including running my own business, and winning awards with two of my employers, including wedding venue of the year 2 years running for the Anglia Region.

I have travelled extensively, around Europe, the Mediterranean, North Africa and the Persian Gulf.
